SEWELL, NJ – The schedule for the Philadelphia Rebels Inaugural Season has been announced.
The Rebels will remain in the NAHL East Division after relocating from Jamestown and play 56 of their 60 regular-season games against divisional opponents.
The season will kick off with a four-game league showcase in Blaine, MN from Sept. 14 to Sept. 17. The times and non-divisional opponents for those four games have yet to be announced.
Philadelphia returns home the next week to open up its home and divisional schedule with a series against the Maryland Black Bears on Sept. 23 and 24.
Overall, the Rebels will play 28 home games at Hollydell Ice Arena this season as well as 28 divisional road games. Philadelphia will play Maryland and Johnstown 12 times each, with six at home and six on the road. The Rebels will square off eight times against each of the other four teams in the division.
November will be the Rebels’ busiest month at home, playing six games at Hollydell during that month. Philadelphia will host a three-game series against Johnstown at Hollydell Ice Arena, beginning the day after Thanksgiving. Conversely, Philadelphia will be on the road most of February. During that month, the Rebels play seven of their eight games on the road.
The season will conclude on April 14 and 15 when the Rebels travel to Maine for a series with the Nordiques.
Information regarding tickets to Rebels home games will be released in the coming weeks. All Rebels games will be available to stream via HockeyTV.
