SEWELL, NJ – Saturday night, the Philadelphia Rebels (9-15-0-1, 19 pts) completed their two-game sweep of the Danbury Hat Tricks (2-22-1-2, 7 pts) with a 4-3 win in a shootout.
After overtime could not determine a winner, the game went into a shootout where Philadelphia walked away with the extra point after a nine-round shootout. Jack Fialkoff allowed the first two shootout chances into the net, but made seven-straight saves after that to record his first win in his career.
Charles Panchisin scored the game-winner in the shootout with a chip shot over the glove of Danbury’s Patriks Berzins.
