The Rebels have announced today that they have called up three members from their organization’s Philadelphia Hockey Club’s (PHC) Eastern Hockey League (EHL) junior team for this weekend’s games against the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks.
The players are defenseman Liam O’Donoghue and forwards EJ Mirigliano and Scott McNulty.
“We are thrilled to welcome these three to our club this weekend” said Rebels head coach and general manager Justin Hale. “They have done things the right way and earned this opportunity to join us. I’m very excited for E.J., Liam, and Scott” concluded Hale.
O’Donoghue, ’04, has ten points (1 goal and 9 assists) in 20 games played this season. Mirigliano, ’05, is second on the team with 14 total points (7 goals and 7 assists) in 21 games, and he is PHC’s leading goal scorer.
McNulty, ’04, has seven points (all assists) in 21 games. McNulty started in the PHC pipeline beginning with the Hollydell Hurricanes 16UAA team during the 2020-21 season and advancing to play Tier 1 AAA 18U youth hockey for PHC before beginning his junior career this season with the EHL team.
