The Philadelphia Rebels announced on Wednesday that defenseman Luke Janviriya will return to the organization for the 2025–26 season.
Janviriya, 19, is a Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, native who previously spent parts of the 2023–24 and 2024–25 seasons with the Rebels. He appeared in 47 games last season, recording seven goals and 20 assists for 27 points, leading the Rebels’ defensemen in all three statistics.
Janviriya opened the 2025–26 season with the USHL’s Lincoln Stars and now brings added experience back to Philadelphia. His return bolsters the Rebels’ defensive depth and adds a skilled playmaker to the blue line.

The 5-foot-10 defenseman has made steady progress throughout his junior career, which has included stops in Oklahoma, Sioux Falls, Janesville and Philadelphia. His strongest offensive production has come with the Rebels.
Janviriya is expected to provide stability and two-way impact as Philadelphia continues to build momentum during the 2025–26 campaign.
The Rebels are back in action on Friday as they travel to Johnstown for a two-game set to conclude their three-game road trip.
