The Philadelphia Rebels, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), are pleased to announce that forward and Co-Captain Brock Jones has committed to play NCAA Division I Ice Hockey for the United States Military Academy (Army West Point) Black Knights, who play in the Atlantic Hockey America (AHC) conference. His commitment begins in the fall of September 2025.

Jones is in his third and final season with the Rebels. He has earned 86 total points (22 goals and 64 assists) in 163 games played. This season Jones has 44 total points (10 goals and 34 assists) in 53 games. The Lakeview, NY native is arguably one of the greatest players in Rebels history. He leads the franchise in games played (163). He is fourth in all-time points (86); Fifth in all-time points per season (34), and third in all-time penalty minutes (268).

“I would just like to thank coaches Hale and Biondo for helping me achieve my goal of playing Division 1 hockey,” said Jones. “The both of them have been my biggest supporters all year and have helped push me to become the best leader and player I can be. The Rebels have been an unbelievable organization for me and it’s been a true honor to play for them and Coach Hale for the past three years” stated Jones.

“This is a well-deserved honor and recognition for Brock” said Rebels head coach and general manager Justin Hale.  “His dedication, talent and leadership have set him apart, and it’s been a privilege to watch him grow both on and off the ice. Brock has earned every success, and his hard work has inspired his teammates and coaches alike.  He exemplifies what it means to be a true warrior” concluded Hale.

The United States Military Academy is located in West Point, NY.
