The North American Hockey League announced its Bauer Hockey Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending February 4th and Rebels’ forward Ryan Bunting and defenseman Sonny DiNubile were named honorable mention for the East Division.
Bunting had three total points (1 goal and 2 assists) during this past weekend’s home series with the Rochester Jr. Americans. He had a goal and an assist in Friday’s contest and an assist in Saturday’s game. On the season, the Deptford, NJ native has 17 points (5 goals and 12 assists) in 34 games.
DiNubile had three points (2 goals and 1 assist) this past weekend against the Jr. Americans. He had a goal and an assist in Friday’s game and a goal in Saturday’s contest. On the season the Philadelphia, PA native has 12 total points (3 goals and 9 assists) in 39 games.
This is the second time this season that DiNubile has received weekly/monthly league recognition. He was honorable mention for week ending November 19.
