The 19-year-old defenseman assisted on Timmy Donohue’s first career NAHL goal before setting up captain Broxton Ingle’s second goal of the season late in the second period.
With the game tied in the third, Conlon helped set up the eventual game-winner. He carried the puck out of the defensive zone and drove toward the slot before finding Cam Wilson, who scored his first goal of the season to give Philadelphia a 3-2 lead.
The Rockville Centre, New York, native has recorded five assists through the Rebels’ first nine games of the season.
Conlon becomes the second Rebels player to earn an East Division Star of the Week honor this season. Goaltender Ben Varsa was named the East Division Second Star for the week of Sept. 21-27 after posting a 39-save shutout against the Ogden Mustangs and adding a scoreless relief appearance at the NAHL Showcase.
The Rebels return home this weekend for another two-game series against the Generals at Hollydell Ice Arena.
