PLYMOUTH, Mich. — Four Philadelphia Rebels players will showcase their talents at the 2026 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament, scheduled for February 16-17 at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan. The event highlights the league’s top talent in front of NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III and NHL scouts.

For Team East, defenseman Joe Stauber and forward Ryan Bunting will represent the Rebels. Stauber has appeared in 33 games this season, recording four goals and 11 assists for 15 points, while Bunting has six goals and four assists for 10 points in 13 contests.

Joining the at-large Selects Red squad are goaltender Ben Varsa and defenseman Luke Janviriya. Varsa has played 19 games this season, posting a 5-8-2-2 record with a 3.07 goals-against average and a .904 save percentage. Janviriya has added one goal and nine assists for 10 points in 17 contests.

“This is an awesome recognition for these four guys,” head coach and general manager Justin Hale said. “Collectively, they have each put in the time and effort to earn the opportunity. We’re very proud to have them represent our club at the event.”

This year’s tournament has expanded to feature seven teams, including the returning USNTDP, competing for the first time since 2022. Four divisional teams represent the top college-ready talent from each NAHL division, while the at-large Select teams consist of younger prospects born between 2006 and 2009. Each team will play two games over the two-day showcase.
