The North American Hockey League announced its Bauer Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending December 3 and Rebels forwards Alex Frye and Brandon Stanley were named honorable mention for the East Division.
Frye had four points (3 goals and 1 assist) during this past weekend’s three game sweep over the Northeast Generals. He had two goals in this past Friday night’s game. The Clarkston, MI native has seven points (3 goals and 4 assists) in eleven games with the Rebels. This is the first time Frye has been recognized for a weekly honor.
Stanley also had four points (2 goals and 2 assists) in the three-game series against the Generals. The Sioux Lookout, ON native has ten points (6 goals and 4 assists) in 18 games. This is the second time Stanley was named honorable mention. His first time was for week ending October 15.
