The North American Hockey League announced its Bauer Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending February 25 and Rebels captain Ryan Patrick was named the East Division’s second star of the week while teammate Jimmy Glynn was honorable mention.
Patrick had five points (2 goals and 3 assists) in three games this past week, including a four-point game (1 goal and 3 assists) in Saturday night’s 4 – 0 win over the New Jersey Titans. The Morgantown, WV native is third on the team in total points with thirty-five (17 goals and 18 assists). He is currently participating in the league’s Top Prospects Tournament. This is the fifth time this season that Patrick has recognized by the league. He was honorable mention for forward of the month for January and he was honorable mention for star of the week for February 4, January 7 and November 19.
Glynn had two points (both goals) in three games. Both of his goals came in this past Friday night’s game against the Titans. The 2000 birth year from Lemont, IL has eleven points on the season (6 goals and 5 assists). This is the second time Glynn was selected honorable mention. The first time was week ending January 21.
