SEWELL, N.J. — The Philadelphia Rebels have called up forward Jake Schultz to the active roster on Saturday. The move comes just nine days after he signed his tender agreement with the organization on Nov. 13.
Schultz joins the Rebels after most recently skating with the Philadelphia Hockey Club 18U team, where he has been a steady offensive presence this season, recording five points in four games.
A native of Edina, Minnesota, Schultz has developed through several strong programs en route to the junior level. He spent multiple seasons with the Philadelphia Flyers Elite, progressing from 13U through 16U and consistently producing strong numbers at every age group.
