After winning their season opener, the Aston Rebels now will play four games at the 13th Annual NAHL Showcase in Blaine, Minnesota. The five day event includes all 22 teams at the showcase. The Rebels will be playing the Brookings Blizzard, Minot Minotauros, Austin Bruins and Amarillo Bulls.
“I expect us to compete each and every game” stated head coach Joe Coombs. “This is a tough four days because we do not know what the other teams have and the turnaround between each game is very quick. We are accustomed to playing two games a week and now we have four in less than three and a half days. It will take all 26 six of us to get through it on a positive note. We are happy with where we are right now but it will be a tough test” added Coombs.

Wednesday, September 23 at 3:00pm CT against Brookings Blizzard
Thursday, September 24 at 7:00pm CT versus Minot Minotauros
Friday, September 25 at 4:30pm CT against Austin Bruins
Saturday, September 26 at 9:00am CT versus Amarillo Bulls
