The Rebels have announced today that their originally scheduled pre-season game on Saturday, August 31 against the New Jersey Titans has been canceled due to the loss of Rebels former assistant coach Matty Gaudreau and his brother John. The contest was to be played at the Middletown Sports Complex.
Next weekend the Rebels will have a home-and-home series against the Maryland Black Bears. The Rebels will host the defending two-time East Division champion on Friday, September 6 at 3PM at the Hollydell Ice Arena, and then play on Saturday, September 7 at 7PM at Piney Orchard Arena.
