The Philadelphia Rebels have announced today that Omaha AAA 18U defenseman Aaron Bohlinger was tendered for the 2018-19 season.
Bohlinger, 17, had fifty-five points (12 goals and 43 assists) in 54 games this year. The 5’9”, 180 lb. native of Walden, NY is a right-handed shot. Bohlinger did play one game for the Rebels this season back on December 16.
“I am excited for the opportunity to play at such a great organization, and grateful for the people that helped me get here” stated Bohlinger. “My ultimate goal is to play Division I college hockey and Philadelphia is a great place for me to work to accomplish that goal” concluded Bohlinger.
“Aaron is a born leader” stated Rebels Director of Scouting Billy Pugliese. “He is a very calm defender who makes good decisions” added Pugliese.
