SEWELL, N.J. — With the regular season entering its final stretch, the Philadelphia Rebels remain within striking distance in a tightly packed East Division race.
Philadelphia (17-19-8-6, 42 points) sits eighth in the division, just four points behind the fifth-place New Jersey Titans.
Up front, Jordan Brothers continues to lead the way with 28 points (14 goals, 14 assists) in 44 games. Brothers has been a steady presence and remains one of the team’s most reliable offensive threats.
Billy Sheridan (7 goals, 14 assists) and Abzal Alibek (7 goals, 13 assists) have added secondary scoring, while Brayton Frick has chipped in 11 goals. Thomas Klochkov has been a key addition with three assists in five games since being acquired in a trade from Northeast.
Between the pipes, Ilja Nikitins owns an 11-10 record with a 2.327 goals-against average and a .926 save percentage in 27 appearances. His consistency has kept the Rebels competitive in tight contests.
The Titans feature a potent offensive group led by Skogen Schrott, who has been a consistent scorer all season with 24 goals and 44 points in 40 games. Schrott’s ability to finish in scoring areas and generate offense off the rush makes him a constant threat. Arseniy Zharikov has also been a reliable producer, with 32 points in 41 games, while Owen Leahy (26 points) and Tate Pecknold (23 points) add depth scoring. In goal, Tyler Rounds has posted an 8-5 record in 18 appearances, along with a 2.66 goals-against average and a .908 save percentage.
This weekend’s set is the final two matchups of the season between the Titans and Rebels. The series kicks off Friday night at Hollydell before shifting to Middletown on Saturday. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m. on Friday and 4:30 on Saturday.
